access sharepoint linked tables

i have linked our sharepoint helpdesk to an access mdb to do a few tests. However looking through the table in access we have a column called "Assigned to"

I have been looking through this list and notice that it displays my name and another persons ok. However the other 2 names it displays are stored as Numbers instead of users.

its the same on the column "user" however this is 100s of different of users and numbers. Some using names some using numbers.

Is there a way to get it to display all names or find out the corresponding numbers without guessing?
