Help File in Access Form

Hello Everyone,
Just wanted your opinion on the best way to give the users some help when filling out the forms I've developed. I'm thinking about creating procedures maybe with pictures for each form and saving PDF files so that users can press a help button and get the procedures. Or, I thought about placing the procedures in a form so that when a user presses a help button they will get the form pop-up. I was thinking a PDF might take too long to load and cause more crowding and confusion. What do you guys suggest?
