Can you explain in more detail how you expect the form to function?

Block out certain fields based on combo box selection.
Hi,
I am creating a sales form for our sales advisors to enter new details for customers.
When they get to entering the payment information they have to select either Credit Card or Direct Debit. The problem is that they sometimes enter Credit Card by accident and then enter a sort code and account number which screws up my reporting.
Is there a way to deactivate certain fields based on the selection made in the previous combo box?
For instance when they select Credit Card payment it will grey out the Sort Code and Account Number fields.

You have to add code to the afterupdate event procedure of the combo.
It will be something like. this (field1 & field2 are required for Creditcard and fields 3 & 4 for Debit cards, use your own names and add others as required)
