Corrupt Relationship

Asked by kempvet in Microsoft Access Database

Tags: MS Access 2000

Hello,
In my database relationship tables I have the following problem. In the relationship view there is a relationship link missing (not visible) between 2 tables, therefore there are errors in my program which uses the database as records are not deleted in both tables. However when I try to add the relationship link to fix the problem I get the error message that the index already exists when I try to create the relationship link.
As this causes errors every few days (which are fixed by opening the database and manually repairing the problem) I need to fix this problem. Why would the link not be showing in the relationship view, and what would stop me creating the link when I can not see it in the relationship view.
OR
is there a database repair service that I can use,
regards
kempvet
