This only happens when the Prop Box is undocked and partially hidden below the Application window.<br />

Steps to reproduce:<br />
Open a Form or Report in design View<br />
Select any textbox<br />
Open the Property Box (sheet)<br />
Click the &quot;All&quot; Tab<br />
Un-dock it<br />
Move the Prop Sheet so that the bottom of it is partially off the screen (visibly cut off at the bottom)<br />
Scroll the property sheet.<br />
The property sheet text will begin to garble as you scroll down.<br />
Move the property box up so that it is entirely visible. (or Dock it)<br />
Scroll back up, then scroll back down, the garbling clears itself.<br />

Is this just me or does the property box get garbled sometimes when it is undocked (Floating).
