Very new to Microsoft Access 2010, How do you unlock/ungroup layout?

I have a lot of experience with FileMaker and just started evaluating Microsoft Access 2010. I create my tables and if I click CREATE FORM, I get a 'quick & dirty' layout of the fields. However, they are grouped/locked together. I have looked through the ribbon bar and can't find anything about grouping or locking fields. Does Access call this something else or am I just missing the obvious?

OK! Now I feel really stupid...

How about one more quick question... When I finish my design, how do I lock it back?

Thanks...
select all control again and Arrange > Stacked
That is not exactly what I thought it was going to do but I will work with it some more. FileMaker you group/ungroup. Alpha5 you lock/unlock... Microsoft Access - I am just starting to learn...

Thanks again
The question is answered and the problem solved.
I am attempting to remove a layout from an Access 2010 form also.  I found Remove Layout under the Arrange tab but it is grayed out, i.e., not available.  I have an Access 2007 book and it says there is a Layout Selector in the upper left corner of the design view.  I cannot find it on the screen anywhere in Access 2010.  Help??!!
