asked on
access query and report
i attch dbe.
go to chaps data query report
This report shows fields that have some entries and fires where there are no entries.
Is it posssible to produce a report based on a query like this:
If there are no entries in that field DO NOT include that field in the report.
Also could then any empty space be removed in the report to save space/paper (which is the real object)
practice-completionDatabase.mdb

see if this helps
set the can grow and can shrink property of the textboxes
add code in the detail format event to hide textboxes that don't have values
you may try using sub reports.

check virus protection softwares (norton ???) that you have in your pc and compare it with the pc where you were able to run the report successfully.
