Consolidate Columns with Entries into 1 Field

Hi Expert's

I have an access table that has about 200 columns horizontal for every member, on each is populated with a 'YES' is they fell under that group, i would like consolidate this column headings into 1 table with the member number in 1 column and the other with all the corresponding codes for that member, i cant figure out a way of doing this without using some sort of VBA code. Id really appreciate your help on this...I've illustrated my problem below and the access database has sample Result_Table_Sample table so you can see exactly what i mean. Thanks again experts.

you definitely need VBA codes and recordsets to accomplish this
