The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Looping through table to get values to pass to function

I have a table that contains a number of fields, three of which I'd like to pass to a pre-written function.  The table contains thousands of records but only 800 of those records fit the criteria I've applied to the three fields.  I'm very new to t-sql and am using MS Sql 2000.  I found some code on this that I've tried running in QA but it doesn't really return anything.  How can I loop through an existing table and then pass each result (each row consisting of the three fields) to a function and get a result back that I can then export to Excel?  

The code I'm attaching only pulls one field from the table since I'm just experimenting with how to do this.  I'd like to pull three fields and then call a function sending three variables, yearid, version and versioncode.  It does pull the correct number of rows according to the message that QA returns but I'm not getting any results
