Name worksheet tabs from a list

Hello,

I have list of data that will change ocassionally:
Item1
Item2
New Tab
12345
Fifth Tab

And I need tabs in the workbook named in the order I have the list in the first tab named "Titles" startng in cell A1 and going until the list stops. The tabs already have data so I don't want new worksheets, just the ones I have already unless the list is longer then the amount of worksheets. Then a new one shuld be created.
