How to fill Rectangle with PNG (Tiling)

Silverlight 2 Beta 1:
I can't seem to fill a simple Rectange with an image correctly. The image appears, but it doesn't repeat correctly.

I keep seeing things for WPF that list using the Viewbox and Viewport, but I don't believe those are supported in Silverlight. Also, the TileBrush looked like it was my answer according to MSDN, but I don't know how to implement that. I thought the ImageBrush WAS a TileBrush.

Anyway, code snippet below.
