Sending Web Service Status to Silverlight Application

Asked by whoami_ph in Silverlight, Microsoft Visual C#.Net, Web Services for .Net

HI there experts,

I have a project that's been bugging me for two weeks now. I hope you can help me.

What I am trying to do is, I have a webservice (ASMX, not WCF) and I want it to send a message or pass a value to a silverlight application (not the client) everytime a client access the webservice. I have been looking for a way to do this but I think my limited knowledge prevents me from finding one.

Can someone please help me how to do this.

Thanks in advance.
