IsFocused on Controls inside the Content of a ContentControl

For a trigger, I am looking at how to bubble or at least refer to a control's property that is in the content of a ContentControl. I have a template with a border and the the ContentPresenter. When the ContentPresenter contains a TextBox and that TextBox IsFocused, I would like to change the Settings on the Border.

I would suggest instead of creating a ControlTemplate for your ContentControl, create a control template which targets the TextBox.
That way you can handle the IsFocused of the TextBox.

Well, apparently nobody know how to form the correct Binding statement for connecting to whatever object comes back into the ContentPresenter.

So, I did tinker around and found a solution that I though would help others out as well.
