running a program Using start-->Run-->Open...

Hi.
we can run any program from start-->run-->Open... and typing name of program here.
like for Word we use winword, for paint we use pbrush etc.

my question suppose i have a software name ABC developed in VB, install it, now how to run it by typing ABC
at start-->run-->Open . .
