rowvalidated event c# datagridview

Hi folks,
Heres the problem i have a datagridview that i pre populate depending on a month that they select but i only populate one column and leave the other 2 blank for them to input numeric data. How should i do a check to make sure all cells have been filled in? Whats the best way to do this? I don't want to do an update or insert form values unless they have filled in the 2nd and 3rd column values.

e.g if they select february i populate a column called day from 1 to 28 and leave the other cell values blank

Just loop through all the cells and check that their values are not empty. Code attached.

Cheers for that thats the way i actually ended up doing it before i even got to your comment couldn't see any way of linking it into a transaction. Cheers for your help
