Retrieve ArrayList from session variable

Hi,
Would someone be able to help with displaying an arraylist from a session variable??
here is where i collect the items and store the arraylist on one page..............
If reqCBList.IsValid Then

            Dim myArray As New ArrayList()

i then want to access and display the arraylist in a listbox on another page....?
Would really like a bit of guidance if poss!!!

Ive sorted it now....
If Session("cblData") IsNot Nothing Then
            Dim newArr As ArrayList = DirectCast(Session("cblData"), ArrayList)
            For i As Integer = 0 To newArr.Count - 1

            Next
        End If
this seemed to achieve it!!
