How would I generate a Web Page Post Back using Access VBA

I'm been relatively successful accessing and updating a web page from Access 2000. I'm using the ' Create an object ..(code snippet)...code below to access the page(s).

Here is the part of the aspx source code that I'm trying to figure out.

I can programmatically change the value of the option box on the web page without any problem.. what would I need to do to generate the post back?
