I need to runa function at certain times during the day. Is it possible to do this using the Timer control in Visual Studio 2008

When you set an interval for timer control it will raise an event at particular interval. Inside the event handler check the time and call the function if it is time to execute the method. you have to set the timer interval appropriately.
