DataGridView Columns DefaultCellStyle Format codes

Does anyone know where I can find out all of the difference formatting codes for:
DataGridView1.Columns(1).DefaultCellStyle.Format = ?

I have seen examples of "c" & "d" & "C" & "C2" but have no idea what they mean.
