I don't want to burn it onto a CD.
How can I unpack it onto my hard drive (windows XP) ?

UltraISO is a terrific product. Take a look at the feature set, and I think you will see that the benefits of adding this software to your "IT tool box" make it easily worth the nominal cost
LoL! No, I'm not. Please don't misinterpret enthusiasm for the product as a sales pitch.
I am actually a Systems Engineer over a network with 7,000 WinXP clients, 160 Win2K3 servers, and approximately 12,000 user accounts. As a result, we are required to do a great deal of meticulous software management and inventory, so when we find a product that we like it has definitely been thoroughly tested before we give it the proverbial "thumbs up!"
