Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider

I've recently downloaded and installed Visual Web Developer Express 2008 but It's giving me the following error After I've selected the Datasource.

The error message is - The data provider 'System.Data.oledb could not be found in the system configuration. Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed.

Where Can I download New and full version of .Net framework (but I've already installed the .Net framework. even though its giving me the error) ?

Please give me solution, I'm stuck for a week.
