I am sorry but this is getting bit confusing here. What are you trying to do by adding another XAML and it's test page ? Do you want to link your two xaml pages ?

You don't have to create new test pages for every xaml page you add inside your application. It will be tested on the same page.
If you can tell me what you are trying to achieve , I might be able to help you. Following link should be able to help you if you are looking for basic navigation example on silverlight 3.
