creating a print session with different owner

is there any way of printing a document with a variable owner on c# or asp.net

ive already posted a question on changing the username once its been spooled but no one seems to know the answer to it
its been over a day guys i am really frustrated with being stuck on thing

a 3rd party software does it very easily so there must be  way of calling up windows APIs to change the username

WMI queries only pause,resume or cancel a job they dont edit the properties of the print job

if someone finds a way to edit the document name once its sent out that method can be used to editt the owner name

surly right? but thats easier said than done
