It's no contest ... the E6320 wins hands down.

The E6320 is a 4MB cache version of the E6300 ... so it will outperform an E6300.

The DC925 isn't listed on the charts in the following article; but the 920 (2.8GHz vs the 925's 3.0GHz), the 940 (3.2GHz), the 950 (3.4GHz), and the 960 (3.6GHz) all are ... and the E6300 clearly outperforms them all.   In fact, it essentially ties the XE965 Extreme Edition :-)
