epson stylus pro 4880 MNT Req 0002

I have a group that is having this issue  MNT Req 0002 on an epson 4880 printer that they are using for thier production line printer.  have traced back to the PF Feed motor. need a reset can u help ASAP?

That error is actually a Carriage Motor/Ink Tube End of Life message.  If the unit is still under warranty, contact Epson Support.

found a reset program on my own cost was 89.00 but it never got them to but they contacted Epson and they reset the counter for them over the phone.
