Windows - No drive

The computer continously dsiplays the Windows - No Drive error.  This occurred after what seems to be an infected USB drive was used in a couple of computers.  Does anyone have experience with this?  If there a way to fix this problem?

Can you please give us some more information:
* When does this error occur, at computer start-up, when you plug-in the USB Drive?
* Can the computer(s) start into Windows at the Moment?
* Do you have any Anti-Virus program installed on any of these computers that are currently affected, and which Anti-Virus program is it?

- For now, lets not plug this USB Drive into any more computers, until we have some more information

use safe mode and remove any thing extra tht is there in the startup option.  you still have a option to repair the windows installation.  If anything like this happens, I would rather take backup of my cdrive and format it and reinstall + update antivirus
