But you cant backup anything else unless you manully do it.
You dont want a Backup\Restore because that might keep the bad file when you reupdate your pda.
no those are Sys apps. those stay.
On the orbit, hold down both softkeys, then with the stylus push into the tiny hole (reset button) on the left hand side, and release whilst still holding down the two soft keys. The screen will switch off and after a short while, writing will come up on the screen asking do you want to hard reset, you will loose all your data.... blah blah blah. You need to press the green send key (answer button) and it will restore everything back to factory state, i.e. the same state as if you turned it on for the 1st time. Your personal data will be lost, but you should back that up to a external memory card. There is no need to backup any windows files etc, a hard reset will always put it back to out of the box state.
