Deploying Office 2007 via GPO

Hello,

I am trying to get Office installed on a few machines that already have an existing copy of Office 2003 installed.  Is there a way to deploy it such that Office 2003 is removed in the process.  My test run wound up with 2003 installed and 2007 installed when the user selects an Office 2003 program.  I did assign the suite to all of the computers in the OU and not publish (not a really option).
