HP DL380 G6 and SBS 2008

No matter which way I try to install SBS2008 on this machine, it always hangs @ Completing Installation... in the Windows part of the install.

I have tried via the SmartStart v8.25 and v8.3. I have also tried just to boot with the Microsoft DVD and use PSP later.

Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?
