You must be an administrator of the remote computer to use this command

Here is my problem:

occasionally on the Virtual Server that I've setup, I get security issues. Point in case, when I try to run the command IISReset in the command prompt on the virtual server, I get the following error:

"you must be an administrator of the remote computer to use this command"

Now, for my setup:

1) My work PC is running Vista 64-bit OS
2) My PC is also running VMWare Server 2.0
3) I created a new Server image using VMWare Server 2.0 from my PC
4) On the new server image, I installed Windows Server 2008 Standard
5) I am a local admin on my PC and the Virtual Server I created (in Windows 2008)

Now why in the world would I get this error when I'm local admin in all these cases? I get other security issues also at times. It doesn't matter if I open the command prompt on that virtual server I'm remoting into in Administrator mode either. WTF?
