i'm at the last version 4.1.6.15, i just did the update last two week. everything was fins until i reboot my server last friday .
and no i dont see this error message

Rebooted my server due to some users reporting they were unable to receive email anymore starting last night.
Started blackberry manager and boom got this error: the application has failed to start because rapi.dll was not found
Anybody else seen this issue or why its happens?

there three warning i got from windows logs:

i just update my bes to MC4 and looks to fix a part of my problem, i dont get the dll error message, but still get this one : ????????????

The error "[BIPPe] WARNING: Using default BIPP shared secret" can be ignored as it just means BES is default encryption to communication between various BlackBerry components.

Are you using the latest version of BES? It sounds like maybe not. Anyway, what is your event log saying, do you see an error like, SERVICE_RELAY_SESSION:xxxx xxxxxxxxxx x] Service transaction not found. SERVICESESSION_TAG=xxxxxxx xxx?
If so, then the problem was most likely caused by your network, not BES.
