No luck so far. I tried the registry command and no sign of any change. While a restart was required once I changed the registry, I am still on standby for the error to resume after a few hours.

Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. (Not enough storage is available to complete this operation. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
We are getting this error constantly. It is a 1053 error in the Event Viewer.
