To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Audio/Video not working for Live Meeting attendees outside network

Live meeting works inside the network. This includes audio/video.

Live Meeting also works outside the network with anonymous participants with the exception of Audio and Video.

Here is what the outside participant sees when trying to connect to audio/video:

Your attempt to start audio or video did not succeed.
Action required: Please try again to start audio or video. Alternatively, you can try closing and reopening Live Meeting. (Which does not work)

Diagnostics Information:

Our topology includes a single front end standard edition 2007 r2 server and a single edge server hosting the access edge, web conferecing and AV roles.

The Edge server has 4 network cards.. 3 for the Edge roles which are private IP's apart of a DMZ network of 172.16.0.0/24 and 1 for our trusted corporate network of 10.12.0.0/14.

The public IP's of the Edge server are translated by NAT to private IP's in the DMZ. (I know this was NOT supported in OCS 2007 but IS now supported with R2)

ISA 2007 SP1 is also in our environment for remote Communicator access. This is working fine. Address book lookups, Group Expansion is functioning like it should. (As far as I can tell)
