Open the IIS management console.
Right click on your web site and bring up the properties
Go to the Directory Security tab
Click on the Server Certificate... button
Click Next
Select Create a new server certificate
Click Next
Follow the steps in the wizard and make sure you specify 1024 bit keys when it asks.
