Thanks for your post and advice. You're right, following your advice will prevent the msiinstaller from loading. However, this also disables clients from printing their local printers which we want to allow. How do we prevent the msiinstaller without disabling client printing altogether?
Thanks

Unfortuantely, you will have to check each clients printer drivers to make sure they are the same version as the server.
We too had the same issue on a Windows 2003 server with Citrix XenApp. I retrieved an updated hpzbdi.dll (c:\windows\system32\spool \drivers\w 32x86\3\) which was only available from HP. The old version which causes problems is 1.1.1.21, the updated version is 1.1.2.51. After I updated this, the event was no longer logged.
More information can be found here, but contact HP and ask for the dll.

Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Terminal Services Configuration. Open RDP-Tcp and go to the Client Settings tab. Uncheck the following boxes:
Use connection settings from user settings
Connect client printers at logon
Default to main client printer
Then, at the bottom of that window, check "Windows Printer Mapping"
