SQL Reportig services 2005 error "Unable to load client print control"

I google this error and found a few references to an active X being missing.  With domain admin permissions I installed the active X control but since can't print reports.  My understanding is the print button is suppose to call up the print window then I select my printer and perferences.  Suggestions?
