I removed the reg entry without issue and that solved my problem.

Browse All TopicsI google this error and found a few references to an active X being missing. With domain admin permissions I installed the active X control but since can't print reports. My understanding is the print button is suppose to call up the print window then I select my printer and perferences. Suggestions?
