Can I force demote a global catalog server from a domain with only global catalog servers?
Can I force demote a global catalog server from a domain with only global catalog servers? I currently have 3 GC's, two are 2008, and one is 2003. I want to demote the 2003 GC, but I keep getting an error that says "the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted windows xp." All the roles have been transferred.
