Need advise on migrating to Google (or Microsoft) Apps with no servers onsite

Asked by donal99 in Exchange Email Server, Blackberry Operating System, Server Applications

Tags: exchange blackberry google apps

To cut a long story short i have a customer with 12

users. 6 have blackberrys. they have a bberry & exchange

& file server. 3 servers! all very old. all sitting on

windows 2000 server. they mainly use email & want to be

able to see each others calenders & share about 10 gb of

documents (word, excel mainly)

I assume we would have to migrate all bberry users from

bes to bis.

How feasible is it to do this all via google apps or

microsoft windows live?
IE Work in the cloud!

IE Can they do all their work online & still do backups

& have no servers onsite?
