TrendMicro Desktop Remote Install Does Not Allow Access

Trend Micro Client Server Messaging Security for SMB features a Remote Desktop Install. I am trying to remotely install the client from a Windows 2003 Server to a Windows XP Pro SP2. I always receive the error "Cannot connect" or "Unauthorized". But, the user logon has administrative rights. I have followed the guidelines according to the PDF Manual. I have seen this occur almost in every configuration. Trend tried to resolve but ultimately gave up attempting to change multiple items from firewall, to views, to adding script in the ISA. Trend supported stated this was a known issue and version 3.5 would correct the problem.

I believe there must be something missing in the script or Web Interface that impacts connectivity and user authorization.

Given TrendMicro cannot resolve and this occurs in mulitple settings, I believe this worth the highest point level for a viable solution. Start Free Trial
