Open ISA port for Webcam + Voice Chat problem

I use yahoo Messenger under ISA server.

Although the admin had opened port 5000-5010 ,5050, 5100 inbound in the ISA configuration, I just can only use plain text chat but not Webcam and Voice Chat.

What the solution for this?
