Configuring ISA  to allow outgoing requests for SSL on Port 2083

Asked by sapphirewebstudios in MS Internet Security & Accel, Network Software Firewalls, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) & HTTPS

Tags: , ,

I am trying to find a way to configure ISA 2006 to  allow me to connect to a external webserver, but I keep getting proxy denial messages when attempting.

The webserver I connect to uses HTTPS and its SSL is set to port 2083, the ISA denial messages I get returned to me are saying that ISA is not configured to allow SSL requests on this port.

I would be very grateful if someone does know on how to configure ISA to allow this as its crucial to my operations? ISA is running on Windows Server 2003 SP2 R1, also in my domain is a WIndows Server 2003 Domain Controller and Exchange 2003 on another Windows Server 2003 R1 box.
