Help select network for ISA 2006 on web server

Hi Experts,

I need some help selecting which network for our ISA 2006 which sits in a DMZ on our web server. Network is:
ISP --- WatchGuard X550e Firewall ------------ SBS 2003 box
|--------DMZ ----------------ISA 2006 --- web server

1. What network template do I setup? I'm thinking back-end since the WatchGuard sits out at the edge.

2. Will reverse proxy work in this configuration?

I would set it up as follows.

Internet ------- WatchGuard -------- ISA -------- SBS
I
I
Web Server (DMZ)

This is knows as a 3 leg perimiter in ISA. This way your SBS gets the benifit of sitting behind a much more powerful firewall and proxy.

What would the configuration be to have the ISA on the websever sitting in the DMZ? In the future I'll add another server box hosting ISA only it. But for now, I'd like this server to be dual purpose.
