Create rule to 2 internal addresses

We need to grant access to 2 internal ip addresses which an external support company needs to access.  We've set the rule up, but need to restrict it.  The protocols involved are:

FTP
HTTPS
HTTPS Server
Telnet
Tenlet Server

The rule says give All VPN clients access to IP address 1 and IP address 2 with the condition of All Users.  (the rule is currently disabled and will only be enabled when we want them to log on).

Instead of All Users should the condition be a defined security group which holds just the support company?  If so, will all of those protocols still work though?  The 2 ip addresses are telephone consoles.

We're beginner - intermediate on ISA as it's our first time on setting one up.
