If you were to go with the Cisco ASA option, be sure and get the ASA 5510 with the CSC SSM. This is the Content Security and Control Security Services Module. This would give you the network level antivirus capability that would inspect traffic for viruses that traverses the firewall. You would also be able to perform content filtering and be able to see URL's visited with the appropriate licensing option for the CSC SSM. See the following URL:

Suppose the closest is something like the Cisco ASA, Securecomputing's Sidewinder etc or you can take the best option; forget your worries and use ISA 2004 +SP2 + rollup patches.
