Make domain users admins of their own pc's.

Good Day All,

I have a simple (I think) quesiton. I would like to add my desktop pc's in my office to my domain but still keep them admin of their own workstation. So they can do whatever the hell they want but just not screw up the server. They just need simple file access to the server.

I have seen a lot of scripts on the net, but honestly I dont have that many users so is there not something I can just edit in AD?
