Can I use Windows XP Firewall to block sites on a specific user account?

I'm in a library setting that uses Windows XP for the most part. We allow social networking sites to be used, but, we wish to limit the ability to access them for users under age. Is there a way to use Windows XP Firewall, or perhaps another mesure, to block something just on one account? I'd like to have one account set up for underage users that blocks myspace, facebook, etc.Start Free Trial
