Hi. How to delete file which is highly suspected as a virus/spyware threat but is locked and in use by windows critical processes?
I used security task manager to see possible threats and file in c:\windows\system32\fcccyX
QJ.dll
is awarded with 92 points(out of 100).
The processes which are using it are explorer and winlogon, so if I kill those processes, windows crashes and restarts on itself.
I tried that with
Emco UnLock IT
FreeFile
Unlocker
MoveOnBoot
MoveOnBoot is not working for some reason. I have set it to delete the file on boot but when I restart PC it's not deleted. I also tryed moving it to other location, still no use.
I also tried other methods for locked file deletion, like these methods:

And yeah I also tried deleting the file in Safe mode, but it's locked even there...
If I remember correctly, there was a program which was able to delete locked files forcibly somehow. I searched for that program on the internet but without luck.
I see no other solutions on removing this spyware or what it is. I googled the name of this dll file, but it is not recognized on google.
I also used nod32, spybotS&D and AdAware(all on complete, deep and full search for malware) to remove all threats from my pc.
Any ideas on removing this annoyance?
