Question
Secure FTP on ISA 2004, Failed to retrieve directory listing.
I'm running Filezilla FTP Server and using Secure FTP on port 990. I can connect in-house to the server fine.
But going through the ISA 2004 firewall, I get "Failed to retrieve directory listing" when connecting with a firewall client.
On the FTP Server I do have passive mode set to the correct outside IP addressed published on the firewall.
Thanks for any help on this.

I figured it out.
The Custom Port Range in filezilla server must also be part of the user-created protocol in ISA 2004, as an inbound range.
It now works.
