SharePoint Forms Based Authentication through ISA Server 2006

We are trying to accomplish the following:

forms-based authentication as an optional authentication provider for SharePoint. We would like to store user credentials in a SQL Server database instead of AD, and present a form requesting those credentials from the user during logon to SharePoint.

We have the form created via . NET, however, we can't figure out how to publish the MOSS site on our ISA 2006 Server so that is uses our custom form to prompt our customers for login credentals which again, will be stored in SQL.

Is this possible in ISA 2006?  If so, could anyone please help!
