The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. when trying to collect data using ISA data packager, am getting restarting ISA server tracing...failed!!!

When I run ISA data packager to collect data using any of the repro scenarios, I am getting the following error:

Looking for IsaPackage*.cab files on the desktop......Done!!!
There are IsaPackage.cab file(s) from previous attempts.
Validating that nmcap.exe is installed on the local host......Done!!!
Restarting ISA Server tracing........Failed!!!
The failure occurred for the following reason: The application exited with the error code 32
The failure occurred for the following reason: Execution of composite task failed

Generating event viewer files..........Done!!!
Generating ISA Logs.......Done!!!

There are no errors in the event viewer. I cannot find any info on this error anywhere on the net. Please help!
