If this is ISA2004, make sure the sp 3 is deployed
If this is 2006, make sure the isa2006 sp1 AND the supportability update are deploed.
You need version 7 of the ISA bpa.

There are no errors in the event viewer. I cannot find any info on this error anywhere on the net. Please help!

I have tried un-installing and re-installing the ISA BPA software, but this doesn't help.
